We want Angels' Cup to be an awesome place to work. Here's why it is one:

1. If you love coffee, this is paradise. We ship 208 different coffees every year, but we sample 10x that. You'll get to try all those coffees, and take home all the leftovers you want. When you work for Angels' Cup, your coffee problem is solved.

2. We make people's lives better. People tell us that getting coffee in the mail is like Christmas come early. That makes our employees kinda like Santa's elves. Working for Angels' Cup, you directly contribute to making people happier. It feels good.

3. Good coffee is good for the World. When people understand what good coffee is all about, and they become willing to pay a premium price for a premium product, the farmers benefit. The top 1% of coffee beans command higher prices at auction, and that helps farmers in countries like Ethiopia reinvest in their land and their communities.

4. Startups are more fun. Have you ever worked for a startup? There's a ton of work to do, things are changing all the time, and that means you're always being challenged. It also means that there's a lot of personal growth opportunities to take advantage of if you're willing to step outside of your comfort zone. If you want to work in a fast paced environment and do something new every day, you'll get a lot of satisfaction here.

How to get involved

If you live in Brooklyn, we're always looking for people to help us pack coffee. It's grueling physical labor and not for the weak of heart, but you get $100, free coffee to take home, and dinner (if it's a night time packing session). On a typical week, we get all our coffee in Friday, and pack it all up over night so it's ready to ship Saturday morning. That means it's a great way to make some extra money even if you have a regular day job or are a full time student. Let us know you're interested and we'll add you to the call list, simple as that!

If you don't live in Brooklyn but think working for Angels' Cup sounds like a dream come true, send us a resume. A good chunk of our team lives remotely and you never know when a new position will open up!
