This is a delightful coffee. Refreshing and smooth.
We are getting notes of sweet lemonade and light and slightly earthly. Can we get a second serving?

    Right when you open the bag you get aromas of warm spices.
    On first taste hints of honey, jasmine, and cinnamon tickle your tastebuds; this is a very tasty roast!

    Tasting Notes:
    This roast is bitter with notes of cacao and some warm spices.
    It is a nice medium body that would also make a great iced coffee.

    This is yummy. The beans smell like cookies when you open the bag.

    Wow, this roast smells like potpourri and grape bubble gum. Super unique and dare we say, totally psychedelic! Imagine your favorite juice box as a kid, mixed with the sugary goodness of candy, enjoyed on a hot summer day.

      A citrusy, sweet coffee perfect for drip or espresso.
      It's refreshing nutty and orange notes make for a flavorful morning cup.

      Tasting Notes:
      Very nice light bodied coffee, with a velvety smooth mouthfeel.
      Getting notes of toffee, milk chocolate, and some nougat. Tastes like a cookie in a cup.

      Super unique and interesting coffee.
      Body is super light and has an amazingly juicy mouthfeel.

        Getting notes of tropical fruit, lime, and hints of sweet gapes like red wine.
        Lots of complexity and quite enjoyable.

          Wow, super juicy and fruity from the aroma to the taste! Nice light body.
          Getting notes of pineapple, strawberry, wine, oranges, and some florals.
          There is even some hints of herbs that is kind of refreshing.

            Very light and subtle. It starts in the back of your tongue with a cool breeze rushing through a coffee bush and ends at the tip of your tongue with the sour notes of tropical fruit.

            This is a really nicely done natural Ethiopian.
            Nice light body, juicy fruitiness!
            Getting notes of strawberry, blueberry, and really sweet pineapple, with a honey finish.

              This is a great light roast. Subtle with thoughts of acid from the earth and playful rum raisin.
              There is a hint of earl grey in the after taste. Perfect for relaxing Sunday.

                  This is a light bodied coffee, but not super light.

                    This is a nice moderate bodied coffee, getting notes of chocolate, cream, and honey. Mouthfeel is full and juicy.
                    There is also notes of graham crackers, and some spices.

                      Mm, that is a really nice light bodied refreshing Ethiopian.
                      Getting all the high quality traditional notes expected, like jasmine tea, mild lemon, and sugar. Almost like drinking an english tea.

                          Kind of a heavy body and tasting notes of smokiness, rubber, etc. Not the best.

                          This is a really nice high quality washed Eth. Getting notes of lemon, black tea, hints of strawberry, and maybe even some tropical notes like pineapple.

                          At first, you get a good amount of sugary sweetness like pineapple and raspberry sorbet. As it cools, more of the acidity comes forward, but it is not overwhelming. There is a good amount of complexity and sweetness, making this perfect for anyone.

                                  Very nice coffee from Mexico. Body is moderate, mouthfeel is really velvety and nice. Getting notes of chocolate, a bit of oat, some hints of tangerine, and a syrup sweetness in the finish.

                                  Really nice clean mouthfeel, with a bit of a syrupy texture. While hot, getting interesting notes of fruit like blueberry and melons. As it cools, the sweetness of brown sugar and prunes come out.

                                  Really nice and enjoyable washed Eth. Body is light, but not very bright, has a slight amount of heaviness to it. Getting notes of raspberry, tea-like florals, a bit of light milk chocolate.

                                  Tasting Notes: Really enjoyable, light, bright body. This is a super fruity and juicy coffee, unexpected for a Colombian, but very enjoyable. Getting notes of cherries, lychee, and a good amount of florals like lavendar. Even has a bit of bubble gum as it cools.

Getting some of the expected notes like lemon, herbal tea, and then some interesting nuance like tropical fruit that kind of reminds me of lychee or mango.
