This coffee has tremendous depth. Big fruit flavors dominate the forward notes of this coffee. We tasted blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, red apple, and pineapple. These flavors meld with dark brown sugar, caramel, molasses, maple syrup, and chocolate tones reminiscent of the lighter end of the dark chocolate spectrum.

Tasting Notes: Roast level is like Medium+/Dark, Getting a bit of stickiness on the tongue. Reminds me of milk chocolate, cookie crumbs, a slight amount of BBQ, and a bit of creaminess.

Tasting Notes: This is an amazing moderate bodied blend. Extremely smooth and perfect for a daily drinker. Getting notes of sugar cookie, brown sugar, and a bit of nuttiness.

Tasting Notes: Quite a heavy roast for a high quality Ethiopian like this, but it works great in this coffee. The roast level really brings out the inherent sweetness of the beans that you don't usually get from this origin. Getting notes of dried fruit, hints of chocolate, caramel, and some honey.
