Moderate body, with a nice clean velvety mouthfeel.
Getting notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and hints of tangerine.

Tasting Notes:
Very nice light to medium body roast, with a refreshing and clean mouthfeel.
Getting notes of strawberries, blueberries, and maybe even lychee.

Process: Washed
Tasting Notes:
This is a very enjoyable Guatemalan. Body is moderate, mouthfeel is somewhat juicy and very clean.
Getting notes of grapes, chocolate, syrup, and some syrup sweetness in the finish.

Tasting Notes
Very nice clean mouthfeel. Getting notes of cola, hints of strawberries, blackberries, and some honey sweetness in the finish.

Tasting Notes
This is a really enjoyable light bodied coffee. Has quite a bit going on and is enjoyable while hot and while it cools. Getting notes of tropical fruits, berries, hints of lemonade. Nice sweetness, great complexity.

Tasting Notes
Very enjoyable, light and juicy body. Getting notes of berries, brown sugar, spices, and syrup. Mouthfeel is really clean and the taste keeps you wanting more.

Tasting Notes:
Much lighter body and mouthfeel than expected based on the roast level. Very enjoyable, getting notes of citrus, strawberry, and maybe subtle hints of cocoa and spices.

Enjoyable light body, smooth clean mouthfeel. Getting notes of plums, raisins, grapes, and syrup sweetness in the finish.

Mm, very enjoyable. Body is light+/medium, getting a nice clean mouthfeel, notes of grapes, cherries, spices, and a bit of dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes:
This is a really nice Guatemalan coffee, with a nice moderate body. There is a nice blend of milk chocolate, caramel, some nuttiness, and even hints of grape.

Tasting Notes
Really nice clean mouthfeel, really light body. Very enjoyable! Getting notes of nectarine, peach, honey, and herbal tea.

Tasting Notes
Very nice natural Ethiopian. Getting a decent amount of sweet fruity notes, but not overwhelming. Prominent strawberry, and blueberry, with subtle hints of tropical fruit notes like pineapple, especially as it cools.

Tasting Notes
Body is moderate, Taste is rather mild with mostly notes of sweetness and nuttiness. Getting a bit of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and maybe vanilla.

Tasting Notes:
Very enjoyable moderate bodied blend. Getting notes of sweet pink lemonade, some marshmallow, and a bit of nuttiness.

Tasting Notes: Very nice natural Ethiopian. Getting a decent amount of sweet fruity notes, but not overwhelming. Prominent strawberry, and blueberry, with subtle hints of tropical fruit notes like pineapple, especially as it cools.

Tasting Notes
This is really light and bright, vibrant. Getting a good amount of florals like lavender and rose, also getting notes of candy like a jolly rancher, like strawberry.

Origin: French Roast Blend
Process: Blend
Tasting Notes
Nice full bodied dark roast, but not super heavy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable, reminds me of cacao powder, mild spices, and toffee.

Tasting Notes
Love this one! Super refreshing and juicy mouthfeel. Getting notes of a fruit medley, like grapes, wine, blackberry, and honey.

Tasting Notes: Very nice! This is a perfect example of a high quality natural Ethiopian. Strong notes of blueberry, strawberry, some pineapple, and hints of jasmine florals in the finish.

Origin: Sumatra Ratu Ketiara Gayo
Process: Wet Hulled
Tasting Notes: This is a nice Sumatran coffee. Body is rather light, with a nice mouthfeel. Getting notes of caramel, cherries, dried fruit, dark chocolate. As it cools, the herbal/earthiness comes out strong.

Tasting Notes: This is a nice moderate bodied coffee. Getting notes of caramel, chocolate, and some dried fruit sweetness. Has some subtle stickiness on the mouth.

Tasting Notes: Roast level is like Medium+/Dark, Getting a bit of stickiness on the tongue. Reminds me of milk chocolate, cookie crumbs, a slight amount of BBQ, and a bit of creaminess.

Tasting Notes: Quite a heavy roast for a high quality Ethiopian like this, but it works great in this coffee. The roast level really brings out the inherent sweetness of the beans that you don't usually get from this origin. Getting notes of dried fruit, hints of chocolate, caramel, and some honey.

Tasting Notes: Surprisingly fruity for the roast level. Getting a good amount of sweetened fruit, like plum, cherries, a bit of raisin. There is also some honey sweetness in the finish.
