Hey Angel's Cup family! We are beyond stoked to drop this week's absolute stunner on your brew bars: the Ethiopia Ardi Natural from Blossom Coffee Roasters. As fellow coffee nerds, you know how tricky it is to find a naturally processed Ethiopian lot that delivers a massive fruit-forward punch without stepping into that muddy, over-fermented territory. Grown in the nutrient-dense soils of the Sidama region at a soaring 1,900 masl, these meticulously sorted cherries were sun-dried on raised beds to perfectly lock in the terroir. We’re especially thrilled with how the roaster handled the development in the drum; it is a beautifully dialed-in medium roast that brings out a deep, robust sweetness—definitely distinct from lighter, more tea-like offerings like their Lulada. It’s a pristine expression of processing parameters done right, and we can't wait for you to experience this vibrant harvest.
