Coffee D - #14111
Roast Date: 11/3/21
Roaster:
 Klatch Coffee Roasters
Origin: Sumatra
Process: Wet Hulled
Tasting Notes: Always fun getting a single origin dark roast. This one is a bit on the lighter side of dark compared to the others, but still a nice heavy mouthfeel. Notes remind me of dark chocolate, apple, cedar, and mild earthy and herbal notes. As it cools a bit more of the herbal notes come through, almost like Dill spice.
