Tasting Notes: This is an interesting Nicaraguan coffee. Getting notes of caramel, apple, some berries, and maybe slight undertones of chocolate.

Tasting Notes: This is like a typical high quality PNG. Getting some subtle earthy and herbal notes, but mostly getting interesting fruity notes like pomegranate, almond, spices, and nuts.

Tasting Notes: This is surprisingly juicy. Getting notes of Plum, some hazelnut, apple, and dried fruit. There also seems to be a bit of cranberry acidity as it cools.

Tasting Notes: This is a really nice light bodied washed Eth. Getting a bit of like lemon-lime jolly rancher flavor. Definitely some acidity, but also some nice sweetness and a really juicy light mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes: Surprisingly juicy and a bit fruity as well. Body is medium. Getting notes of milk chocolate, coupled with some jam-like fruitiness. Reminds me of strawberry, maybe mango, and honey / chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Very nice moderate bodied blend. Getting interesting toasty notes, some dark chocolate, some spiciness like clove or nutmeg, and a finish like mild dried plum fruitiness.

Tasting Notes: This is a really nice medium bodied Honduran coffee, the taste is on point with this one, the natural process really brought out some nice flavors. Getting notes of chocolate, grapes, raspberry and blackberry. Hints of florals and honey.

Tasting Notes: Lots of sweetness, almost no acidity. A very nice moderate body, with some interesting notes. Reminds me of a bit of fudge chocolate sweetness, mixed with a bit of a pound cake. There are some other subtle hints of fruits that are hard to discern, but very enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: This is a tasty and heavy dark roast, very bold. However, it is still rather complex and quite interesting. There is subtle smokey flavor, cocoa powder, some oak, maybe a slight amount of grape notes, but very moderate.

Tasting Notes: This is a really solid single origin dark roast. The beans are heavily roasted and the body is nice and heavy. Very enjoyable with quite a bit going on. Getting some mild smokiness, dark chocolate, spices, and nuts.

Tasting Notes: Another nice heavy bodied dark roast, reminds us of a traditional heavy dark roast. It would pair nicely with milk or sweetener, but also holds up nicely on its own. Getting some notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and BBQ smoke.

Tasting Notes: Always fun getting a single origin dark roast. This one is a bit on the lighter side of dark compared to the others, but still a nice heavy mouthfeel. Notes remind me of dark chocolate, apple, cedar, and mild earthy and herbal notes. As it cools a bit more of the herbal notes come through, almost like Dill spice.

Tasting Notes: Very complex and good. Getting notes of Black tea, stone fruit, vanilla, caramel, and slight amount of tropical fruit in the finish. Fun to compare this to the other Honduran coffee with a natural process to see how different they taste.

Tasting Notes: Although a slightly heavier roast than light, the taste is on point with this one and is a fun comparison to the Washed process Honduran. Getting notes of chocolate, grapes, raspberry and blackberry. Hints of florals and honey.

Tasting Notes: This is a really nice one. Very light bodied and complex. While warm, there are a good amount of sweet notes like chocolate and caramel. As it cools, some of the citrus acidity comes out, almost like lemon honey tea or something. It is quite well balanced and enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: Moderate acidity, sort of reminds me of apple or pear. Getting some mild hints of spices as well. Overall, very nice balance and extremely enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: Nice body, smooth and velvety mouthfeel. getting notes of tangerine, starfruit, maybe pineapple. Acidity is only moderate, but very nice and well balanced.

Tasting Notes: Really nice light washed Ethiopian. Getting strong notes of english breakfast tea, combined with some lemon and honey. It's like a nice english tea on a cold foggy morning in London. There is also a slight amount of grapefruit and cantaloupe in the finish.

Tasting Notes:  Very nice! There is a lot of complexity going on with this one so you will get a range of tasting notes. We are getting mostly dried fruit; it reminds us of cherry and raisin. There is also a bit of tropical fruit like guava. The finish has a bit more sweetness, like honey.

Tasting Notes: Really nice moderate body and little to no acidity. Flavor profile is really nice, getting notes of subtle fruitiness. Fruit flavors remind us of stone fruit mixed with blueberry, the finish has a bit of milk chocolate. Nice balance and extremely drinkable.

Tasting Notes: This is a wonderful naturally processed coffee! Everything you would expect from a natural Ethiopian. Getting a myriad of fruity notes like strawberry, blueberry, cherry, maybe some florals and the slightest amount of hazelnut in the finish.

Tasting Notes: The natural brings out a lot of fruit flavors in this one. A nice light bodied coffee from Colombia. Getting notes of cherries, strawberry, moderate chocolate, and some nice florals in the finish.

Tasting Notes: Nice light bodied Kenyan. Getting acidity that reminds me of pineapple and grapefruit, finished nicely by molasses or brown sugar. This one has a good amount of acidity, but it is very nicely balanced with sweetness that makes it very enjoyable!

Tasting Notes: Bean color is on the heavier side for our light roasts, but the body and mouthfeel is very light and there is some subtle brightness. Has a bit of a texture to it that reminds me of darker roasts, but the flavors are on point. Getting notes of peach, caramel, honey, and a tiny amount of smokiness or bbq in the finish.
