Drink coffee Do Stuff — Ethiopia Supernatural

Featured the week of April 6, 2026 — rated 9.8/10 by our tasting team.

Hold onto your hats, coffee family, because this week we are featuring a literal trophy-winner. Drink Coffee Do Stuff has absolutely outdone themselves with the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Supernatural, a 2025 Good Food Awards Finalist that is, quite frankly, in a league of its own. Sourced from the legendary Banko Chelchele Kebele at a dizzying 7,500 feet, this coffee undergoes a specialized "supernatural" processing method where cherries are fermented in carbon fiber drums for 10 days. This extended anaerobic-style environment drives the sugar development into overdrive, resulting in a cup that is high-definition and wildly expressive. This is the kind of "bottle-of-wine-energy" coffee that reminds us why we fell in love with the bean in the first place.
