We’re featuring the Kateshi Estate AA Top Lot, and let me tell you, this washed process beauty is a masterclass in vibrance. Right off the bat, the dry aroma hits with a crispness that sets the stage for a seriously complex cup. Because it's grown at 1300 MASL and comprises a unique blend of Castillo, F6, and Cat129, the density of these beans has locked in a sparkling, malic acidity that reminds me of a tart green apple snapping on the palate. It’s got this incredible "Limeade" finish that lingers just long enough to make you crave the next sip.
