This Colombia Pink Bourbon Natural is exactly why we get out of bed in the morning—it’s experimental, rare, and meticulously hand-roasted in Grand Rapids to showcase one of the most exciting varietals in the industry right now. The Pink Bourbon is a natural hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, but it behaves more like a high-end Ethiopian landrace, offering a genetic complexity that is rare for the Huila region. Because this is a Natural process lot, those sugars have been vibrating against the seed during drying, resulting in a light roast that is pulsing with character and a clean, vibrant acidity that dances across the tongue.
