For all of you who relentlessly chase that bold, oily, and unapologetically rich cup, we are beyond stoked to announce a brand new relationship with Top of the Mornin’ Coffee, and we couldn't be more excited to start featuring some of their fun, exceptionally crafted roasts! We are kicking things off with their "Midnight Oil," a stunning 100% Arabica lot sourced from the lush growing regions of Honduras. Cultivated at a solid 1400 MASL, this bean is pushed deep into the roast cycle, taken right to the edge of second crack to develop those heavy, comforting sugars our dark roast devotees absolutely live for. It is a masterful execution of a classic dark profile that perfectly balances bold intensity with high-quality specialty sourcing.
